What to expect
We know your time is precious. Wannado City ® can help you prepare your Birthday Party. Packages are designed to take the hassle out of party planning so you can relax, celebrate and enjoy with your kids that special moment!
On the day of your party you will not have to worry about a thing, as we will provide all the essentials you will need.
Optional add-ons
Want to offer your guests additional treats? Not a problem. Platters and additional party goods can be arranged. Click here for more information, food description and prices.
Party Times
Parties can be booked both weekdays and weekends. To book a party Friday - Sunday check for availability online. Wannado City ® provides maximum celebration with minimum hassle. Please check the times for Mondays to Thursday
Feather’s Fiesta Party Times*: 11:30 AM, 1:00 PM, 2:30 PM, 4:00 PM, and 5:30 PM
Joe’s Party Times*: 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM, 3:00 PM, 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM
* Admission for Silver packages starts at 4:00 pm. Availability is based on park’s general hours of operation.
WannaFinder™
To assure your kids and guests can do what they Wannado, each invitee will receive a WannaFinder™ electronic locator bracelet upon arrival to Wannado City ®. WannaFinder™ helps you track the location of your entire party group. WannaFinder™ kiosks are conveniently located throughout the park for your use. The system tracks each person at their last recorded position.
Reservations
Wannado City ® offers private party locations for your celebration. Reservations can be made online, by phone or in person and are based on space and time availability.You may contact us at birthdays@wannadocity.com or at 954-514-6038 for more information.
We recommend you book your party at least three weeks in advance to secure a party date and time. If your party is just around the corner, we will do our best to accommodate you, but please call us for availability.
Reservation Fees
Basic package payment and any additional food payment is required to reserve your party. Any unpaid balances must be paid immediately after your party designated location time. Should you have a change of plans, your deposit is fully refundable 30 days prior to the party date.

What should my guests do when they arrive?
Inform your guests to come to the main entrance of Wannado City ® .
A birthday coordinator will help you receive your guests and provide
them with a WannaFinder™ bracelet. We will inform your guests of the party time, locations and how to locate you as they check in.
What should I do when I arrive?
Come to the main entrance of Wannado City ® through the birthday’s admission line and check in with one of our birthday coordinators. A birthday coordinator will help you and provide you with a WannaFinder™ bracelet. You may enter the park at any time as your guests will be directed to your room or will be notified of how to locate you.
How do I coordinate guest pick-ups?
To assure the most secure experience possible a designated party chaperone should escort all kid party guests to the park exit. The only park exit is through the
Wannado City ® gift shop accessible through Sawgrass Mills. Please
ask your guest's parents or guardians to meet them there. It is your responsibility
to assure the guest is leaving with the appropriate chaperone.
At what time can my guests and I arrive?
Not a problem. Your party fee** includes all-day admission to the
park for you and your guests. However, it is your responsibility to gather
guests at your designated party room time.
Note: If your
child is under 8, you can only drop them off with the party
chaperone. Party chaperones are responsible for coordinating
pick-ups at the end of the party.

Can I bring my own food and cake?
Food and beverages
can be purchased only at the park. Please ask your birthday coordinator for additional pizza and platter options. Cakes can be brought in at no additional cost.
What if some of my guests have special
needs, including dietary requirements?
Wannado City ® is fully compliant with ADA guidelines. We are
committed to delivering a family-friendly experience for all
our guests, please contact your birthday coordinator for any
special arrangements.
What if I need to cancel my party?
A basic package fee payment is required to reserve your preferred date. Should you have a change of plans,
your basic package fee payment is fully refundable 30 days prior to the party date.
Can I bring my own party paper goods?
Our parties already include the paper goods but you may bring your own paper goods.
When should I order any additional food and add-ons?
We strongly recommend you order additional food and add-ons a week before your party. Additional food may be purchased on the day of your party but is subject to availability.
